You’ve worked hard to create a business that you’re damned proud of.

Your revenue is mostly stable. (Yay for paying bills on time!)

You’ve got a solid understanding of who your best people are and how to serve them.

And you feel like you’re ready to take on something a bit more…challenging.

Like there’s something bigger, deeper, or more meaningful that you’re meant to do.

A particular light you’re meant to shine. Or a specific message you’re meant to deliver.

Something that could change your corner of the world and maybe — just maybe — ripple out from there in ways you’ve never imagined.

You, my friend, are a Business Luminary.

You’re here to break rules and forge new paths.

To disrupt the status quo.

Differentiation and competition don’t usually occupy your mind.

Nope. What you’re concerned with has to do with substantially more.

You understand that our world is in BIG trouble. You also get that one of the reasons for that is that business — especially BIG Business — has made money, consumerism, and productivity our collective highest priorities.

You see it driving global politics, affecting how we choose what matters, and you’re ready to do your part to create change.

You’re ready to shine a line on your small corner of the world.

There’s an ancient legend in Jewish mysticism that says there are 36 special people in the world, and were it not for them, all of them, if even one of them was missing, the world would come to an end.

“The 36 hidden ones appear when they are needed, and they come at times of great peril, called out of their anonymity and humility by the necessity to save the world. Because they can, because we need them. In some accounts, that was their purpose: to make the hidden revealed. Who are they? We may not know. They may not even know themselves. But wherever they are, we can be assured of this: They lead. They comfort. They teach. They protect. They are filled with compassion. They are the very best among us.”

What if YOU are one of the 36?

What if YOUR ideas about your industry, your market, your product category are meant to upend the insanity we’re living in?

What if YOU are meant to shake up your corner of the world and transform it into its next best and fullest positive expression?

I believe you ARE.

You, my friend, are a Thought Leader.

I cannot say enough about Tea! She’s smart, insightful, knows her stuff and is full of heart. As a coach, she inspires, teaches, encourages and guides, but provides a gentle kick in the butt as needed. I’ve been working with her for a few years now and have learned so much. Tea’s changed the way I do business. She has taught me:

  • How to promote myself and my business without feeling like a sleazy used car salesman
  • The importance and power of having a plan (I’ve been flying by the seat of my pants for the past 15 years)

I’m stoked to put my 2016 plan into action and am eager to see what the new year brings!

The Business Luminaries’ Roundtable has 36 seats gathered around it.

Two-thirds of those seats are already spoken for by current Digital Dining Room members and aspiring change agents.

YOU are cordially invited to join us.

Over the course of 2016, we’ll gather virtually twice each month and help each other clarify and amplify our individual messages of hope, change, and revolution.

These meetings will be structured to facilitate accountability, problem-solving, and idea-vetting.

We’ll brainstorm, celebrate, and learn together.

Téa does so much. And she strikes a good balance of motivating without shaming/whip cracking to get everyone involved. I really like that she’s so very into creating community. It creates a rich/fertile environment of support and cross pollination of ideas and enthusiasm. It also makes me not feel so alone — as can happen to small business owners. It all resonates for me and is helping me to connect the dots.

It’s been so helpful just to be exposed to the ideas here — it’s broadened my thinking so much. My new questions about where am I evolving, where is the soul of my business evolving? And how can I apply my skills to what is needed in the world? Honestly, I think I have come to Tea and this program for this next piece.

The Best of Group and Private Coaching in One Place

In addition to the work we do together as a group, you’ll get monthly private coaching/mentoring sessions so we can work on the specifics of Your business. Privately, you and I can strategize, review details of a marketing plan, or just work through the technicalities of how to implement something new. YOU DECIDE how you want and need to use these sessions. In between meetings, you have unlimited access to me via email for any questions or concerns that may arise.

Téa’s program has helped me to think differently — on a daily basis — about who my target clients are and the best way to communicate with them. That’s huge! Her advice is current and savvy and you know you’re on the cutting edge when working with her.

I can’t join right now. When will you close enrollment?

When all 36 seats are full, I’ll close the doors. Currently, we have 10 7 seats available.

What if I join and then find it’s not a good fit?

You have 30 days to experience what we’re up to together before you decide to stay. If you feel it’s not a good fit, just let me know BEFORE the 30th day, and you’ll get a full refund, zero questions asked.

What platform do you use for the meetings?

It varies, depending on the module. For our first module, we’ll use UberConference which allows you to call in by phone and/or join via the internet. We may also use Google Hangouts, Zoom, or other platforms that are appropriate to the type and size of the meeting. Meetings where our entire group needs to participate at once are usually by phone. Smaller group work is usually done on a platform that allows for video conferencing and/or screen sharing. All meetings are facilitated by Téa and recorded for review and playback by those who can’t attend live.

If I have an emergency can I put my membership on hold?

Life happens to everyone, and building a business while you’re dodging the slings and arrows of our crazy world is certainly challenge. Please consider your membership carefully. With VERY few exceptions (usually involving death or hospitalization), we will be unable to put your membership on hold.

I’m just starting out as an entrepreneur, is this a good program for me?

If you haven’t yet stabilized your revenue, probably not. We will focus on more intermediate to advanced marketing moves — writing books, creating videos and signature talks, etc. You definitely want to have a good idea of who your Ideal Clients are and how to reach them before you step into this program.

I’m not sure I have enough time for this. How many hours per month will I need to be able to participate?

We have two 90-minute meetings most every month and there’s an optional project that requires on average about six to eight hours per month. You’ll also want to add in one 30-min meeting with me (per month), plus approximately 5 hours to focus on your specific action items (as chosen by you).

I’ve never done video-conferencing before. What will I need in terms of equipment and technology?

There are a few things you’ll need:

  • A decent webcam if you’d like us to see you (some built in ones don’t give the quality you need). Being seen isn’t a requirement tho. But we definitely need to hear you.
  • A decent microphone — the one built in to your computer may be okay, but an external mic is better. I use the Samsom GoMic.
  • A pair of headphones or earbuds so that sound from your speakers doesn’t circle back through your microphone and cause feedback chaos.

What time are your meetings?

Each of our two meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays at 9 a.m., Pacific; 12 p.m., Eastern. All of them are recorded and you’re always given a chance to ask questions before or after via our Facebook group. So, even if you can’t be there with us live, you can get what you need.

I have some additional questions for you. Can we talk?

Sure thing! Feel free to schedule a complimentary phone call or Skype session here.

Téa’s been a spark for me and my business. Thanks to being a part of her program, I now have a viable set of plans for growing and marketing my business. More than that, though, is the deeply caring and personal touch she offers. She lights the way for each person in the group to achieve their unique dreams and visions. And the community she fosters is amazing–we’re more of a supportive tribe of collaborators than people who have bought a program. I’m so excited to see what the coming year brings to us Luminaries as we reach even further, with her guidance.
